Craig Morrison arrives to the system during installation to build a house more suitable for the sick wife Irene. If Morrison uses the same methods of his father, an accomplished shipbuilding, taught him, times have changed. Fast is blinded by local building codes and bureaucratic officials. As Irene is getting worse - in which a series of work orders arrests - Craig struggled to finish the house. Dragged to court and facing jail, Craig takes final stand against all odds.
